Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to receive free standard shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of Arreya Gift Bowtique's control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Packages

Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and its packaging so that we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Arreya Gift Bowtique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Arreya Gift Bowtique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
